September 16 - 19 2019, online , Congresso Nacional de Agilidade ; At this Brazilian online-event, VeriSM™-contibutor and Chief Examiner Suzanne Galletly will have a session (in English) on 'Developing competences for the Digital Age; Agile and VeriSM™'. September 20 2019 - CIO Digital Transformation event,  Shanghai - China: The Chinese version of the VeriSM book - 'Service Management for the Digital Age' will be released in China on the CIO Digital Transformation Summit on September 20 . Co-author Johann Botha will be present as keynote speaker and join the book launch ceremony. Great initiative of Sun Zhenpeng and Xubin and Denghong!      

November 9-13 2019,  Service Management World (HDI) event Orlando USA - 3 day event including pre-conference training. At this event (with subtitle: "This Is Not Your Usual ITSM Conference Program"), November 12 will be a day full of interesting sessions including TWO sessions on VeriSM™ and the Management Mesh.
